Martin Scurll Instagram – I’ve never really discussed mental health or wellbeing on here before. It feels difficult as men sometimes to open up about this sort of thing.
If I’m honest, for years I have always said I’m ok, even when I’m not. That’s probably not healthy. Of course I struggle too, just like everyone. ‘Life is suffering’ as they say. Yet despite that, it doesn’t feel encouraged to open up and show vulnerability, but to you guys I’m happy to, because I think it’s important, important to create change.
I just wanted to use this platform to say, throughout the struggles and hardships, to all the people that support me and show love on here, you have truly kept me going and I really appreciate the hell out of you, I hope you ALL know how important you are to me. I wanted to say THANK YOU. I love you all.
And to anyone going through tough times, keep your chin up, don’t go through it alone because you ARE NOT alone, and I promise you it will get better. There’s no need to suffer in silence and remember, nothing lasts forever. Hang in there.
