3.45am and I knew that the weather on the summit of Pen y Fan was going to be good because I checked before going to bed like I do most nights but had no plans to hike up. Stay in bed or spend the day beating myself up mentally because I didn’t get up? It was a simple answer
A470 north and I’m starting my mission up Pen y Fan. Really peaceful morning this morning, only a handful of people up top just how I like it. Not much wind, nice and crisp, great view, what’s not to love.
