Michael Beach Instagram – @mylifeisabeach told me about the #calabasasstairs so I tried them out this morning for the first time after I dropped the kids off at their camps. There’s about a half mile hike to get to them but I decided to hike past them for a couple more miles and then go back to walk them. It was hot! It got tough! But I loved it! I just want to stay active and hopefully enjoy a healthy life for years to come!
