A little throwback to working with @paulomiyao a couple of weeks ago. Jiu Jitsu has so many layers to it. It’s constantly evolving so you’re forced to take on new concepts if you want to evolve with the sport. Spending the day learning from Paulo opened my eyes to new concepts and I’ve been applying them to my game ever since. In Jiu Jitsu and in life, you should be trying to evolve and improve every single day.
