After I enjoy dinner with the family I’ll be tuning into #24in24 on @foodnetwork @streamonmax . Now that’s my kind of Sunday!
Grilled Lamb Chops
Serves 4
2 garlic cloves grated
2 tbl oregano
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
2 tsp Dijon mustard
½ c extra virgin olive oil
12 bone in Lamb Chops
Salt and pepper
In a large bowl mix garlic, greek oregano, lemon juice and zest, oil and salt and pepper.
Add the lamb chops and let marinate for 1-2 hours.
Remove from the fridge 30 minutes ahead of cooking. Fire up the grill, piling coals on one half of grill, leaving one side cool.
Sprinkle lamb with greek oregano and sea salt before placing on the hot side of the grill.
Reserve the marinade for basting the chops.
Grill approx. 3 minutes per side.
I recommend cooking to MR/Med.
Let rest 5 minutes and sprinkle with sea salt before serving. | Posted on 03/May/2024 16:43:04
