Misha Crosby Instagram – Gizmo’s been an amazing part of my life. He’s brought so much joy to me and the people around him. He overcame all the odds. They wanted to put him down on arrival but his mom was having none of it. He ran around for years with a metal leg, lost most of his fur, struggled to breathe through his trachea and never once felt sorry for himself. Never have I ever seen someone have the ability to absolutely melt their onlookers. I’ve seen people with stern looks on their faces dissolve into a smile when they look at him. He didn’t know this but his mum never liked me taking him out on my own cause of the chick magnet he was – to quote her she’d “have to kill all of those bitches”. The truth is he brightened up the energy of wherever he went. With all of the terrible things we’re currently capable of perhaps we’d all benefit from more love like his in the world. I attempted to cut a little iPhone video for him but unfortunately it’s proven to be quite difficult without windscreen wipers for my eyes. I love you Giz. I will miss you. Go be at peace my boy.
