Back before @lykos.life was even an idea, Co-founder @joshuafeldman and I were together in Costa Rica on our first surf trip. Us and our dear friend @nikki_nie_ had the most epic time together.
We claimed to be Int/Adv surfers but were far from it and def got rocked. Hence why there’s no surf photos.
It was on this trip that I began dreaming of my own space…. our hotel was cool but more targeted for beer drinking and bar food. Nowhere to stretch out and too loud to relax. And we weren’t there to party but to push ourselves as surfers. So I got thinking about my ideal property curated around all of the things I love… surf, dance, yoga, working out, plant food, community etc. I’ve been talking about iterations of this idea for years since. I’ve also now visited amazing places that do similar things. Which means it’s possible. All that said, I finally realized it would always just be talk until I take steps towards making this happen. Now nearly 10 years later finally with the Lykos Men’s Retreat I am taking a small step towards actualizing this dream.
Very excited for our retreat and to facilitate a space to not only share and teach through lifestyle but build a brotherhood in the process. We have a few spots!
