Nick Slater Instagram – If you’re planning a trip to Cape Town (which is absolutely my new favourite city) spending a few nights in Stellenbosch is essential.
It’s only 45 minutes down the road and you’ll be greeted with dramatic landscapes, mountains and stunning wineries.
We stayed in a converted container plonked on the back of a winery. There was a pool for cold plunges in the morning and a braai for steaks at night.
