An amazing experience soaking up the vibes with an epic little crew on the Goldy.
5 months ago Zoe and I could barely run 5k and just stuck to a plan to gradually increase volume and speed. We used the Runna app which was helpful and it’s cool to see how quickly the body can adapt. Huge effort and dedication by Zo I’m so proud of you bebe.
Big thanks to @hoka_au for my race day kit – I ran in the Mach X’s which had great cushioning and support for the longer distance.
