Looking for Back-spiration…? Thats not even close to being a word is it…well, anyway….

Here’s an example of one of my Back Days:

Pull Ups – 4 x 10
Stiff Arm Pulldowns – 3 x 12-15
Single Arm Pulldowns – 3 x 10-12
Close Grip Rows – 3 x 10-12
Wide Grip Rows – 2 x 12-15
Incline Shrugs – 2 x 12-15

But remember, you do what suits you! Find regressions for anything that is a little too difficult. No worries if you can’t nail something first go. It’s not a race. Take your time and nail that technique first!
