Parry back for little Leg Day for you all!
Started with 3 sets of a Leg Circuit, including:
Sled Push
Walking Lunges – 50m
Hip Thrusts – 2-3 sec hold at top
Sled Pull
Low Squat Jumps
Then, an time efficient workout of:
Hip Extensions – 3 x 12 reps
Hack Squats – 3 x 8-10 reps
RDLs – 2 x 8 reps
Leg Press – 1 x 12 reps, with 2x Myo Sets (rest for 20 secs after each set, then complete 5 reps)
