Parry Glasspool Instagram – Cable Only Workout: Upper Body

You ever go to the gym, take a look around, and think, nah I’m gonna sit here, and I ain’t gonna move.

This is the basis of which I have based this workout on. Being partly inspired by my workouts with one of my top clients @andyforsyth87 , it’s managed to find it’s way into my UPPER/LOWER programme.

We have 5 cable machines at Gymworks, so don’t worry, I wasn’t “hogging” anything!

Today’s routine consisted of:

• Seated Single Arm Lat Pulldowns
• Seated Chest Press
• Single Arm Back Row
• Seated Chest Fly
• Seated Shoulder Press
• Seated Baysian Curls
• Single Arm Overhead Tricep Extension (not shown)

A lazy gym goer’s wet dream!
