1. Eat -Whole Foods that are organic if you can.
2. Drink -Half your weigh in water high-quality filtered water with good minerals. If you don’t have minerals just put some Celtic grey sea salt or Baja gold salt. (Pinch)
3. Sleep -Prioritize your sleep .(hygiene)
4. Move-Make walking after your meals a treat, it brings down your blood sugar faster than any drugs
5. 🙏 have a simple gratitude practice.
