Kia ora, Rhys Darby here. I’m supporting the Tūturuatu – the Shore Plover – for Forest & Bird’s Bird of the Century.
Why choose the shore plover? Well, they’re basically amazing actors like me! They play dead to protect their young from predators. I mean that’s so brave! But hey, there’s only about 250 of these critically-threatened cuties left.
