1. we all have the same, interconnected needs.
2. understanding & judgement are opposites on a spectrum.
3. listen to understand, believe & transform.
4. there is no need to argue or debate.
5. boundaries are neutral. will free & protect.
6. integrity is what we’re healing towards.
