Ritchie Torres Instagram – The Supreme Court went too far in granting the President absolute immunity from criminal prosecution for official acts within his “conclusive and preclusive authority.”
Presumptive immunity would have been sufficient to protect the proper functioning of the Presidency without putting the President himself above the law.
