Recent statistics show that 2 in 5 men regularly feel worried or low with 1 in 10 men having suicidal thoughts when feeling like this, a stat that has doubled in the last ten years.
We’re encouraging men to start uniting over their troubles and blow the whistle on the shame and stigma that surrounds male mental health by checking in and connecting with each other whilst their favourite football teams have their vital pep talks.
