Took the new @oonihq Koda 2 Max to the max. I tried to push the limits beyond pizza and cooked up a Korean Fajita Platter by sizzling some Korean BBQ marinated ribeye on a bed of grilled onions and freestyled a handful of flavorful garnishes. Everything I made was cooked in that one powerful oven, including the tortillas. Call me, Impressed.
In just 30 minutes, the new @oonihq Koda 2 Max cooked up 3 styles of chicken; garlic teriyaki, Korean gochujang and buttery French-style. We accompanied these with a Kimchi casserole to make it a truly beastly feast. Threw as many cooking techniques at this oven as I could to challenge it and it met and exceeded every one. This oven has truly blown me away.
