A meal prep Facebook post from my home kitchen in 2015 💻🥗 quickly escalated into a small business with a commercial kitchen where we made hundreds of thousands healthy meals to help change lives… but the life changed most of all over the past nine years was mine! 🥹🙏 For a girl with ADHD who struggled to get through school, I’m proud to say that now I’m a CEO who wore every hat from executive chef, kitchen manager, social media manager, marketing and advertising expert, line cook, janitor, dishwasher, delivery driver, HR manager, food photographer, CFO/Quickbooks expert, event planner, caterer, customer relations…just to name a few. 😂 Honestly, I wouldn’t trade a minute of it and although I wore every hat, so did so many of us on the Plate Therapy team!
