When I got to the venue I was told that the place would be packed ( much for my happiness/ relief ) and that the crowd would be standing, no chairs at all. This was something that had never happened before with my band. I was hesitant about it.
But if there’s an album that can take a standing audience is this one. TIMBRE was created by @leoaldrey and I specifically to make people sing, dance, celebrate and be joyful . And it’s a bit hard to dance and celebrate sitting down …
Of course the show has its mellow moments , I’m a ballad lover after all. But it turns out people can enjoy those standing up too, swerving from side to side gently like a baby being cradled.
The energy was like no other and we could feel people so close to us in every way. I definitely want to repeat this!
Plus , last night was @jstereso ‘s birthday ( for real this time ) . We’ve been working together for like 6 or 7 years and it’s been a beautiful journey marked by music , wine and lots of laughs . I really cherish our friendship
So thank you to everyone that was there to see this new experience through 🙂
You were the best audience we’ve had in a long time !
