Our current Supreme Court has been transformed by Donald Trump and the Republican Party, further empowering the above dissenters like Alito and Thomas. In fact, that 2015 decision would almost certainly never have come to pass under today’s court. Do we continue along a regressive path, or steer ourselves back toward the above? Up to you.
