Styles P Instagram – It’s been a great experience working with Styles. He shows up every session ready to work and has never once backed down from any challenge thrown at him. He’s gotten leaner and stronger, and we’re just getting warmed up!
Funny story: Styles approached me in the gym and asked, am I Apollo? When he said his name was Styles, I chuckled and said to myself, “What grown man calls themselves Styles?” 😄… It wasn’t until he signed up for my program and I saw his full name that I realized who he was. Feeling stupid is an understatement 🥴.
There’s plenty of work to be done on this Journey, and I’m committed to crafting a plan that will have him looking and feeling his best in a long time.
