Thomas Brag Instagram – Yesterday as I was with some of my favorite people in the world a dream of mine came to life. After 5 years of transformation and using @Headspace nearly every single day. @YesTheory has launched its own meditation collection on the app about Seeking Discomfort.
When I recorded the journaling reflection prompts a few weeks ago in same booth all of their meditations I’ve been listening to for 5 years were recorded in.. I was swarmed by emotion (in clip 2). So much gratitude, so many lessons and so many hard times that meditation helped me through. And now I get to pass this forward??? I can’t believe this!
