These fluffy, fruity juneberry pancakes taste just as good as my Juneberry Basil soap smells! You can also sub in whatever wild berry is in season in your neck of the woods and have these flapjacks be the RIGHTFUL STAR of the breakfast table. Or dinner table! You do you! I don’t know your life! 🤣

* 1/2 cup vegan yogurt (or whatever unsweetened yogurt you have in your fridge!)
* 1 ½ tablespoons fermented flower cordial (or lemon juice if you don’t have any on have!)
* 1 ¾ cups soy milk, or milk of your choosing
* 2 cups AP flour
* 2 tablespoons baking powder 🫧
* ½ teaspoon salt
* 2 tablespoons sugar
