Is it a chore or joy?
I think most workout plans fail when you do not incorporate as a routine.
You need to make it reasonable and realistic.
When you plan your week, your month, your life be honest in the time you can commit.
In the year that I have been working out regularly I had planned to work out 3-4x a week with the goal of strengthening my body.
There were some weeks that I got busy, lazy or uninspired… but somehow I always got back on track because I had realistic goals that included my katamaran obstacles 🙈
