Taken post spa after a stay with Willow and Lottie at the incredible @ellenboroughpk I will post pictures of the hotel soon but I guess I just wanted to talk about the art of going with the flow and not becoming Sergeant Major Mum… I’ve learnt a lot of lessons these past few months and in the past I’ve been guilty of trying to fill our days with amazing Insta perfect adventures which often resulted in us all feeling frazzled and far from happy. This time I just went “Sod it” no agenda, no itinerary and, as you can see by my face, t was bloody brilliant….

New favourite breakfast.. @marksandspencerfood Maple Syrup Protein pancakes are so so good. Big old dollop of Greek Yogurt, almond butter, nuts and seeds and berries and you are good to go… @mel_schilling1 this has you all over it!! What’s your favourite breakfast?

I took the girls off to the beautiful @ellenboroughpk hotel last week… we all needed some time together to just be and this was the perfect place for it.. so much to see and do in the hotel and grounds we didn’t leave which was exactly what was needed.. 48 hours of bonding, board games, sleeping and laughing… life is so bloody manic we don’t get to do this nearly enough and there were snippets during our time there that made my heart sing… huge thanks to all the staff there… that’s what makes this place special.. they all genuinely care… Oh and if you’re a fan of racing you can see Cheltenham racecourse from the hotel… @pobhotelsuk this is another cracker… . . . #hotels #hotelsofinstagram #hotel #hoteldesign #ellenboroughpark #pobhotelsuk #minibreaks #hotelswithmygirls #englishcountryside #interiorstyling #interiors
