Amanda Rose Instagram – A lot of people don’t feel like going to work because someone at work is a bully (yes they can be more!).
👉 A bully will always want to press your buttons so make sure they don’t know your vulnerabilities, or your weaknesses or any area where they know you can get emotional or reactive.
👉 When they send you passive aggressive emails always ignore everything that is not business related and just respond factually to business related components and that is it.
👉 Avoid being alone with them, because they can turn on the charm in public and be quite vicious privately.
👉 Keep a journal of their behaviour and things that I’ve done in case you need to have proof if something blows up.
👉 Avoid talking about them to anyone at work and limit how much to talk about them outside of work, because the more you discuss them the more they are in your head and can influence your mood.
🚨Remember in order to take someone’s power away, you need to take away their attention.
