@beingfrenshe is officially 2!!! 🥂 Thank you for another AMAZING year and for all the love and support you all have shown. I started Being Frenshe because there was a gap in the market for accessible wellness products, and to see how many of you have incorporated our rituals into your daily lives is something that I never could have even dreamed of. This community we’ve built is so special to me and the entire team and we are so incredibly grateful for each and every one of you. Join us in celebrating our birthday all month long. And keep an eye on the @beingfrenshe page for a few presents too 🤍 xx Ashley
A little sneak peak at the @frensheinteriors x @rugs_usa collection that I’ve been working on for the last year. Anyone that knows me knows that the one thing I can’t live without when it comes to interior design is a good rug. This collection is so special, and I can’t wait to share it with you all. More to come 👀

#ad My new favorite holiday #NationalFrenchFryDay is just around the corner. To celebrate I’m whipping up one of my pregnancy cravings, dill pickle skewers with the @mccainpotatoes Quick Cook fries and Smiles fries. I’m obsessed with this recipe because you get the tang of the pickle and the crispiness of the fries. They’re seriously so easy to make and so, so good. Celebrate #NationalFrenchFryDay like it’s a real holiday with your loved ones on July 12th, and let me know what combos you’d whip up in the comments! 🤍#McCainFryDay Recipe: – Cook Quick Cook fries and Smiles fries according to package instructions – Toss with truffle salt to taste – Layer pickle slices in between fries – Skewer and enjoy!

As a soon-to-be mom of two, I am so honored to be a part of this maternal mental health campaign. I’ve been pretty open about my struggles with anxiety here, but the anxiety I experienced postpartum was another level. I felt like I lost myself, and like no one understood. But here’s the thing – you’re not alone.
And there is help and resources out there like the @NaturalCycles app and @PostpartumSupportInternational. I’m sure some of you have heard about the Natural Cycles
birth control app. Well, they supported this campaign and are launching a postpartum experience within the app, so new moms can do daily mental health check-ins, track their
postpartum symptoms, read through educational guides, and access resources from Postpartum Support International. I can’t wait to use it when baby #2 arrives, but for those who
need it now, or those who are just looking for something to support them in their fertility journey, I have a code for you. Ashley15 at Naturalcycles.com gets you 15% off an annual Natural Cycles subscription.
We all prepare for the birth but what about what comes next? Ask yourself, Is Mommy Okay?

Making time for self-care has such a huge impact on my mental health. Recently I’ve been loving going to pilates and spending more time outside – especially by the beach. Moving my body and being in nature are two things that I can always count on to help me feel more grounded. And ending the day with a long bath always helps too. How have you been taking care of your mental health lately?
