Carrie Brownstein Instagram – Finished the @sleater_kinney tour on Friday, won my first pickleball tournament on Saturday. That smile in the first pic is a pretty great encapsulation of how I felt on stage every night. My body is wrecked from 30 shows in 5 weeks, but mentally and emotionally I feel uplifted. The elation is on account of my wonderful bandmates @corintuckerband @angie_boylan @toko__okot @lou.tides, our amazing crew @robinlaananen @silver_morning_mgmt @zoidtropical @jforesmanlighting @clairetrashtours @tobatchnik @averyslayfer @agita_online, and the fans, who brought their hearts to the shows and wore them proudly on their sleeves. It was also incredible to play with shredder and singer extraordinaire @blackbelteaglescout nearly every night and to share the stage with @palehound for a few.
