I had been told and believed for years that weight training would make me bulky, but after 10 years of doing weights with @benbrunotraining, I have never been happier with my body than I am today. I do a little cardio now and lots of skiing in the winter, but otherwise it’s all weights, and I’m the leanest and strongest I’ve ever been. Ben annoys me to no end but the workouts work, so I was happy when he created an online workout program this past year because now I can do the routines without even seeing Ben. All of the info for his online program is in the link on his page, if you’re interested. Whether you do his program or not, if you’re a woman and you are trying to lean out, I’m here to tell you to start lifting. It’s made a huge change in my body and I’m a strong as ever.
