Big walk news! I’ve got a gang of comedy friends together to train for a fundraising marathon walk – 41kms – on Sunday 8 September. @sammyjcomedian, @nic_minstergram, @bronlewiscomedy, @lauradunemann, @geraldinehickey and wife Cath Bateman, myself and wife @wadeduffin are all walking in support of Blue Dragon, who help rescue women and children who have been trafficked and provide street kids access to medical care, food an education. We have set a team target of $2000 – which will provide basic care for 10 children in remote areas for a year – but secretly hope we can double this. Wade’s sister Aleisha has just started working for Blue Dragon and says it’s an incredible organization that guarantees that every cent raised on the walk will go directly to help youth in Vietnam.
