♥️ on July 12th and 13th, STAATSOPER FÜR ALLE is happening at Bebelplatz in Berlin – and thx to @bmwgroupculture free of entry. Everyone (!) is able to see the live screening of the new opera „Melancholie des Widerstands“ (conducted by Marie Jacquot and staged by David Marton as a “cinematic opera”) on the square in front of the opera on July 12th and the open air live concert (under the direction of their designated general music director Christian Thielemann for the first time) from 8PM onwards on the 13th. The opera children’s orchestra can be heard in the „preliminary program“ from 6PM.
The perfect summer evening with friends, a picnic basket and classical music in the open air.
