Crystal Reed Instagram – Meditation has been a true catalyst for change in my life. It’s given me space to expand, create and change beliefs that no longer serve me. Working with @_peteroppermann has profoundly increased my capacity to sit with and settle in uncomfortable moments, providing the much needed gap between stimulus and reaction. I wanted to share a program that he will be leading called ‘The Future Self Incubator’.
It will give us the opportunity to come together, take a look within and make collective, conscious shifts.
It’s needed now more than ever.
