When I post about EWG I often messages from pregnant women new moms about swapping out products and that’s amazing! But we can all try to make little changes with or without a human growing inside of us 😊. EWG is the BEST resource for all of this 💚

I’m not perfect with all of this (especially with my food because I eat out often). But over the last 5 years I’ve swapped out my mattress (I have a @saatva), cleaning products detergent, some makeup (not all) and I try to never touch a receipt (most have BPA or BPS that’s absorbed through your skin when you touch them).
