Donisha Rita Claire Prendergast Instagram – @northlovearts x @humanityovavanity_to presents RAGE, a short film/ episodic pilot that explores themes of trauma, justice, morality, and the nature of truth. Created by @carlosxanthony and @the1blackpoet. Written by Carlos Anthony co-directed by @special.kace and executively produced by Black Canadian Renaissance, the story examines the complexities of human behavior, the motives behind criminal acts, and the impact of police violence on victims and their families, especially within the black community. It also delves into the inner workings of the criminal justice system, examining the challenges and limitations faced by law enforcement officials in their pursuit of justice. Themes include: Childhood trauma Adult PTSD Police Brutality, Race Relations, Systemic Racism & the Black family.
