Had the most marvellous time at @Wimbledon in the #RoyalBox. It was my beloved mum’s aspiration for her daughter to be invited there. I have dedicated my visits there to her and hope I will be an inspiration for others to be in the Royal Box one day. ❤️
It was a labour of love to be the Chair of the Windrush Commemoration Committee and oversee the creation of the National Windrush Monument. It took 4 tough yrs to do so but worthwhile as it represents an important part of Black British History #WindrushDay ❤️
Great to have won the Wigan Cup at the @The_RHS Awards today for the garden Darren Share and I created for the #RHSChelseaFlowerShow last year for @BirminghamCityCouncil for which we won a Gold Medal ❤️
My beloved dad was an adventurer and he opened his children’s eyes to the world showing us what was possible. Even though he’s passed away he is my hero. What a great role model he was and still is to me ❤️#HappyFathersDay

Went to the Naomi Campbell’s exhibition at the V&A which was simply exquisite. A must see as she has made fashion history. She tells me she’s one of my #Playschool Babies and is part of the Windrush generation @naomi @V_and_A #WindrushDay ❤️
It was so emotional remembering the incredible journey I’ve had for my autobiography ‘What Are You Doing Here’ and can’t believe so much more has happened since it was published. Feeling truly blessed ❤️
