Gia Kim Instagram – Officially done with the first chapter of my yoga teacher training!!!!! ✨🙏🏻 ngl first week felt brutal. 6am yoga, meditation, anatomy, history, philosophy, teaching, 6 days a week, learned more sanskrit than I ever have,, yoga turned out to be so much more than what I’d known it to be for the last 10 years of practice. I swear the mountains had their own vortex up there-a day felt like a week. My body refuses to sleep past 6 now. Also just SO grateful for the beautiful humans I met. I went in thinking, ‘I don’t need to make friends, just have to finish this course,’ but the universe blessed me with friends for life 🌞💞 FK YES IM DONE!!!! UGH🥹😭😭😭 | Posted on 22/Jul/2024 09:58:54
