Former Special Forces member Toby Gutteridge (pictured) gave a moving speech about his life after injury sustained in service of his country. He is paralysed from the neck down and needs 24/7 care but has also started his own business bravery_uk A very inspiring person. Photo 4 – A fun Saturday at Epsom Derby with @thegreenroomexperience Photo 5 – Press night for #kathyandstellasolveamurder @ambassadorstheatre which is HILARIOUS. Sadly, a backstage issue at interval meant the second half was cancelled but I loved the first half so much that I’m going to go back another time to find out what happens! The rest of the time I have been slogging away at my laptop writing and doing dreary paperwork 😩 Hope you’re all looking forward to this weekend’s sunshine 🌞 😎
