Here’s a lil chickpea salad recipe…I had this on a boat with my sister & brother in-law in Virginia Beach. I made it for lunch yesterday and now I’m sharing with you. 😘
Some call it a plant-based no-tuna salad… Whatever you wanna call it, it’s so tasty! Not to mention it’s full of protein & goodness from the veggies.
Put it in-between your favorite bread as a sandwich filler or it’s a yummy lil healthy side dish. Perfect to serve for your 4th of July celebrations!
