1. Why did her shop look different in part 2 season 3 ?
Thanks to Pen helping boost her business she upgraded and got a new shop . See before and after
2.How does she make so many dresses so quickly ?
She has a team of seamstresses who work in the back or from home . She designs the dresses but doesn’t make them all
3. Why does she always wear the same / similar dress ?The creatives wanted Gen to be have like a Chanel / Steve jobs / Karl lagerfeld type vibe . Also her job is to make the Ton feel beautiful never to steal the spotlight herself . Sometimes modistes of the time did show off their creations but Genevieve prefers to keep it simple. Her hair in S3 is also always loosely tied up as if in a rush .
4. What happened to her accent in season 3 ? All throughout the 3 seasons Gen actually speaks in her own accent ( london) with people she trusts and when not at work and if she does speak in her accent at work it is usually a whisper or to the side . The French accent is put on to impress the clients who favour Parisian designers .
