They are survivors of gender-based violence. They are refugees from the war in Ukraine. And they are now protected, thanks to Casa Marioarei – a women-led organization we’re working with in Chisinau, Moldova.
UNHCR Goodwill Ambassador @iamkristindavis met with these women on a visit to Moldova. For the #16Days of activism against gender-based violence, Kristin wanted to help share their beautiful anonymous portraits with the world.
