I love teaching & performing super slow movements because it’s passionate, feminine, sensual, it gives you time to express your feeling, it creates tension and moments of anticipation. And it’s highly enjoyable for me as a woman to slow down without the need to rush or compete. And then when I feel I had enough of the slowness, I can go full on and be wild & free.🔥😜
