The many faces and emotions of Soccer Aid 2024! What an incredible experience yet again, and so proud to have been a small part of it. Over £106million has now been raised for @unicef to help children across the world. Just phenomenal. A truly astonishing achievement, a huge thank you to everyone who donated. Not the result we World XI hoped for but I’ve had the time of my life these last few days, training and hanging out with genuine heroes of mine. And all for this incredible cause. @socceraid you are just the best. (Cannot believe for one moment that when I got these photos through I thought I would have looked even remotely athletic on that pitch 💀 Spaghetti Legs over and out xoxo)

Last night was special 💛 Absolutely mad to think that this time last year, Suzi and I were putting out the first few episodes of a podcast we both loved, but had no idea if other people would too. I just wanted to enjoy the best game in the world with my funniest mate, and bring her in on how great it is. Fast forward to last night, and we brought out the one and only @jillscottjs8 to join us for a sold out Big Kick Energy show @manchesteracademy You lot were unreal, Suz was on fire, and Jill was obviously rinsing me from the moment she stepped onstage.
