Molly McCann Instagram – Just wanted to take this time to thank our performance team for their continued support in my nutrition and S&C. Every camp pushing the stats to the limits! A few pics of where we have gotten too, the last pic my ufc debut. Without the nutritional advice and strength and conditioning programmes ran by @rygorpaul I wouldn’t be where I am now! Along side the work with @macrochef and all his amazing chefs down in the kitchen. Been a long old slug these last few years but we are finally where we are meant to be. Thank you the firm. Don’t rinse me too much for the last pic. Tough times don’t last tough people do! Tomorrow we go to work and put all the hard work to good use. Thanks for the love.
