Im thinking: I’m married to Spartacus💪🏽 and I eat well..🥗..sooo l’m sure we’re good.
But then we were like
“Let’s go on a date to Dr. Campion’s office.”

This evaluation showed me the state of everything in my body EVERYWHERE and where it’s ACTUALLY going in 10yrs:
Bones
Heart
Brain
Memory
and everything else….
When I got my results I learned why I forget stuff, why I can’t sleep and why I crave salt and sugar and first signs of bone craziness, heart health…& soooo much more.
I also learned how to turn it around.
This is a lot to read but check it out.
