I always thought I was a beach person till I hiked to these beautiful points in the Rocky Mountain National Park !!
We hiked :
Nymph lake : 0.5 miles from bear lake
Dream lake : 1.1 miles from bear lake
Emerald 1.8 miles from bear lake
Ended it at the bear lake.
My most favorite was #dreamlake
Pro tip : If you want to enjoy the real calm and peace up there and see the first rays of the sun making these peaks look even beautiful, make sure you start the hike early. We entered the bear lake before 5:00 am since we could not get the timed entry.
And I think that was the best decision ever. Enjoying pure nature at these points without any human sound was the most exhilarating experience.
