Poornitha Instagram – Today was one of my lowest days in months …. I was so lonely and I couldn’t control and started crying and Navya came to me…. I like me vulnerable to her( this is not about spoiling the mental health of a child) This taught me more about empathy and I also understand and empathy can’t really be taught it’s just instilled in them and we just have to bring it out…. it taught me how my daughter is going to see the world .
