Poornitha Instagram – Panic attacks are real… it feels like your heart is going to jump out of you ur body, breathless and feeling numb at that same time… finding a reason to survive.. I was so lucky to have my daughter and Rohit at that particular time.. Navya just saw me and came running with her hanky… after that Rohit played me this music and held me tight… that’s all I needed ..I really hope you have that one person to just come and hug you when u need the most.
