Hope you’re well and having a good week so far!
So for a while now I’ve been feeling like my diet has been off, I haven’t been doing much exercise and general self care and overall wellness has felt hard to keep on top of, mainly, with all the best intentions I’ve been finding it hard to stay consistent. I’ve let habits slip and generally have been feeling sluggish, tired , my clothes don’t fit me as comfortably as I’d like and my energy levels have felt low.
I felt like I needed some accountability, structure and guidance.
So I’ve decided to work with the fabulous Gemma @fitbuddie.co.uk 💪🏼
I’ve worked with Gemma before and the results were brilliant and worked so well for me, so I’ve started a 12 week plan and I’m very excited and looking forward to sharing it all with you too!
What I love about this plan is it gives me structure and guidance with out being a fad.
My goal is to be really mindful about what I’m eating, add strength training into my day to feel strong, toned , healthy and energised whilst making it fit with my lifestyle , and for me having a structure is everything 🙏🏻
Having Gemma to guide and to help with any questions, tips, strength workouts and advice along the way whilst always on the go is key for me and I hope that by me sharing it might be able to help some of you who have been feeling this way too🙏🏻
So here goes 12 weeks! 🙌🏻
