I’ve come so far since this journal entry in September 2022. I recommend everyone to journal if you don’t already…Those reflections will give you a release and the perspective you need. My reflections inspired me put this into song and write Courage to share my experience with you in the hope it gives you the courage to choose yourself too. It’s a healed girl summer!
